
Laura Marquart, M.D., FAAD

Dr. Marquart is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed her dermatology residency training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and National Naval Medical Center. She is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and served 15 years in the U.S. Army. She has served on the faculty at Walter Reed, USUHS, and Texas A&M. She distinguished herself as the Dermatology Consultant to the Office of the Attending Physician at the U.S. Capitol. She also has worked in teledermatology, private practice, and is a former medical officer at the FDA.

Kirk M. Volker, M.D., FAAD
Board Certified Dermatologist
A Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Volker graduated from Kansas State University and Hood College, where he received his Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees, respectively. During this time he was a member of the collegiate honor society Phi Kappa Phi and earned the Student Cancer Research Award.
Dr. Volker went on to University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree and became a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He then completed his medicine internship at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and his dermatology residency at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine.
Dr. Volker has coauthored numerous journal articles in publications such as: the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, the Journal of Immunology, and the American Journal of Pathology. His focus is on medical and surgical dermatology, with a special interest in the detection and treatment of skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. Dr. Volker looks forward to seeing you soon at his new Hagerstown office.

Kara Hoverson, M.D., FAAD, FACMS

Board Certified Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Kara Hoverson is board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained mohs surgeon. She graduated magna cum laude from North Dakota State University with a BS in microbiology and continued her graduate education in virology. She graduated at the top of her class from the Chicago Medical School. She then completed her intern year at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii followed by dermatology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She spent a year working as a general dermatologist at WRNMMC where she was selected for fellowship training. She did a combined American College of Mohs surgery (ACMS) and American society for dermatologic surgery (ASDS) fellowship at Skincare Physicians in Chestnut Hill, MA training under Dr. Thomas Rohrer.

Erin Delaney Brimhall, MSN, CRNP
Erin leverages 23 years in clinical and cosmetic dermatology in her role as President of Clinical Services. She earned her B.S., M.S. and N.P. degrees from the University of Maryland. In practice, she has focused on adult dermatologic care including chronic skin disease, acne, skin disorders and the treatment and prevention of skin cancers. She also has expertise in cosmetic procedures. Erin is our lead provider, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction are met.

Molly Warnock, MMS, PA-C
Molly Warnock, PA-C is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and received her Master of Medical Science Degree from North Greenville University, Physician Assistant Medicine program. Prior to completing the PA program, Molly worked as a surgical assistant in Mohs Surgery. Under the direction of Dr. Allan Harrington, she assisted in the surgical removal and repair of over 8,000 challenging skin cancers and rare tumors. Molly now specializes in the surgical removal and management of both malignant and benign cutaneous lesions; treated thousands since joining WellAve in 2019. Her passion for this field has been well highlighted throughout her training as she has been working in dermatology for 10 years. Molly is licensed by the State of Maryland and nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a Diplomate Fellow, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants (MdAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Danielle Costabile, MPAS, PA-C
Danielle is a graduate of Towson University, Magna Cum Laude, and received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree from Towson University, Physician Assistant program. She served as the Class President of her Physician Assistant program and a member of the Pi Alpha Honor Society. Notably, she graduated in the top 5% of her class from Towson University’s Physician Assistant program. Danielle has mentored closely under Erin Brimhall, CRNP for several years where they treated patients hand-and-hand. Additionally, she assisted Dr. Allan Harrington in the surgical removal and repair of challenging skin cancers and rare tumors for an abundance of cases. Danielle Costabile is licensed by the State of Maryland and nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Danielle resides on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with her fiancé Brandon. She loves to spend time with her fiancé, family, and two French bulldogs Hammie and Juliet.

Noelle Fracyon, Aesthetic R.N.
Noelle Fracyon is a highly specialized aesthetic nurse with vast knowledge in the use of fillers (Juvederm, Radiesse, Voluma, Restylane) and injectables (Botox, Xeomin and Dysport). A graduate from Loyola University of Maryland in Marketing and Management and The Union Memorial School of Nursing, she started her nursing career almost 30 years ago in the hospital setting. She worked her way to the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, caring for post-operative Open Heart patients and ICU patients. The ability to stay focused in an acute care situation and keep a steady head and hand was the perfect training for her future in aesthetics. Noelle has spent the last 15 years working exclusively in the aesthetic field. She has found facial aesthetics and lasers to be her niche and finds it both challenging and rewarding. She is a natural look specialist whose passion for the art of aesthetic nursing drives her desire to learn about the newest techniques and products available. She makes sure that each patient’s goals are understood and achieved with great success. Noelle is the President of The Raskob Foundation, a non-profit charitable group, and is active with many local boards and organizations in our community. She lives in Annapolis with her three beautiful children.
