This was my first visit to WellAve Dermatology and I am very pleased with how it went. The staff was friendly and Dr Volker, I think, did a thorough examination. He found several items of concern and treated them immediately.

I found the entire staff to have kept the care and attention top notch in the absence of Dr. Volker. The office changed locations within the building since my last appointment. It is still clean, inviting, and offers amenities like the former office.

First visit. Very clean. I went for a body scan, Catalina was very thorough. She sprayed a few spots and explained everything about it before she used it. Happy I found a dermatologist that makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

So far I am very pleased. They got me in quickly for an issue that was not properly addressed at another dermatologist. Staff and doctor were welcoming and took time to carefully explain procedure, which was handled very well.

Everyone is so nice! Front desk staff, doctor, assistants. All helpful and with a sense of humor. Made my surgery much less nerve-wracking. This is where I send my clients because I trust they will have a good experience.
