So far I am very pleased. They got me in quickly for an issue that was not properly addressed at another dermatologist. Staff and doctor were welcoming and took time to carefully explain procedure, which was handled very well.

The WellAve scheduler listened completely to me as I was a bit concerned about a recent change on my skin. She helped fit me in for an appointment for 2 days later with one of their PA’s, Caroline. Caroline and her assistant were understanding and reassuring and gave me the treatment I needed to stop any progression on the legion on my lip. I was so relieved I had called and very thankful I was examined so quickly. My many years as a patient of Dr Kirk Volker and the WellAve staff have been wonderful and healthful. Thank you all!

The staff is very compassionate, friendly and helpful. My care was handled professionally. Examinations were thorough. Issues and treatments were explained in detail. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the wait times kept close to the appointment times.

Absolutely amazing staff. The doctor explained everything to me step by step. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. No rushing at all. He has patience with his patients.... see what I did there? Lol
